• Patrons who purchased tickets in Balcony 1, Balcony 2, Headliner, and Spotlight sections, please use the Race Street Entrance. Patrons who purchased General Admission floor tickets, please use the Tunnel Entrance under the Race Street turnaround. For a venue map, CLICK HERE.

• The Andrew J Brady Music Center is accessible via the Central Riverfront Garage and is within walking distance to several parking lots and the Cincinnati Bell Connector. For Directions and Parking, CLICK HERE.

• The Jack White concert is a Phone-Free Show. Yondr will have staff available to help you put your phone in a lockable pouch which you keep throughout the night. For more information, scroll down.

• If you have Mobile ticket(s), make sure to download your ticket(s) prior to arriving at the venue. To download your mobile ticket(s) to your phone, go to "My Events" in the Ticketmaster App and select "Add To Wallet" (on iPhone) or "Save To Phone" (on Android)

• Please allow extra time for metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by The Andrew J Brady Music Center security personnel. Any bag/purse larger than 12"x12" will not be permitted. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.

Jack White has announced the first dates of The Supply Chain Issues Tour with shows in North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom. The tour is White’s first headline shows in four years and will begin with two special FEAR OF THE DAWN album release shows on April 8 & 9, 2022 at Detroit’s Masonic Temple Theatre. The tour will include a stop in Cincinnati, OH at The Andrew J Brady Music Center on Wednesday, April 13. Geese will join the show as support.

WHAT IS A “PHONE-FREE SHOW”? Just as it sounds. No phones allowed in the performance space. An unplugged, real life experience. HOW DOES IT WORK? Upon arrival at the venue, Yondr (the phone-pouching company we’ve hired to do this) will have staff available to help you put your phone in a lockable pouch which you keep throughout the night. If the option is available, we highly encourage you to print your tickets at home or bring the physical ticket with you. WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND NEED TO ACCESS MY PHONE? You can unlock your phone from the pouch at any time by going to the clearly-marked Phone Use Areas located in the lobby or the concourse. See any usher or Yondr staff if you need help finding it. WHAT ABOUT CASHLESS BARS OR MERCH SELLERS? We highly recommend you bring a physical credit card just in case you can’t access your phone at the bar or merch area. WHAT IF I WANT TO POST PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF THE SHOW ON MY SOCIALS? We can help with that. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS & IS IT MANDATORY? After creating these phone-free experiences for the last couple of tours, we’re convinced this makes for a better show for everyone involved. Our eyes open a bit wider and our senses are slightly more heightened when we lose the technology crutch we’ve become accustomed to. And yes, it’s a non-negotiable deal (although medical exemptions are made for those who rely on their phones for their treatment).

The tour will celebrate the upcoming release of two brand new Jack White albums; FEAR OF THE DAWN arrives everywhere via Third Man Records on April 8, 2022 and ENTERING HEAVEN ALIVE will follow on July 22, 2022. FEAR OF THE DAWN and ENTERING HEAVEN ALIVE are available for pre-order on vinyl and CD now. In addition to the standard black vinyl version of FEAR OF THE DAWN, five limited edition vinyl variants have been announced and are also available for pre-order. The variants include a midnight blue vinyl version with a screen printed jacket available to Third Man Records Vault Members in the Vault Novelties store, astronomical blue vinyl at select independent record stores, moon glow white vinyl at Target, and a split moon glow white & astronomical blue LP with an 11”x11” screen printed poster and Third Man Records compilation CD at Rough Trade Records. An exclusive slip mat is also available with the album only at Urban Outfitters.
