Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.com 24/7. Tickets are also available at The ICON Music Center box office. There are no service charges at our box offices when paying with cash and a $2 fee per ticket when paying with a credit card.
The ICON Music Center is fully equipped with ADA Accessibility entrances and seating. People requiring hearing accessible or visually accessible seating should specify their need at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets will be sold in the designated ADA section on a best available basis. These seats allow for one to three companions. ADA tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com, via phone at 800-745-3000, or at The ICON box office during operating hours. The ICON offers sign language interpretation upon request. Requests for sign language interpreting services must be received 3 weeks before the event and are subject to availability of an interpreter. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
For questions regarding tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com please call Ticketmaster's customer service at 1-800-653-8000.
Tickets are occasionally available through an artist fan club site. Artist VIP packages do not include access to venue amenities including the StageDoor VIP Lounge and the CityView VIP Lounge.
Tickets for all ICON shows are sold online through Ticketmaster or in-person at the Box Offices at The ICON. Please note that all sales are final – no refunds/exchanges. Please be aware that tickets purchased through other, secondary market sources (i.e., “scalpers”), may or may not be legitimate.
The ICON does not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources, and The ICON Box Office can not resolve any issues involving them, such as lost tickets.
Patrons must have a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets. The box office cannot release tickets to a patron without a photo ID and can only release tickets to the patron(s) named on the account. The box office cannot accept Will Call tickets to be left in another person's name.
